3. Orders & Contract Formation
By placing an order, you make a legally binding offer to purchase the selected products.
A binding contract is established only once Leonis Maretti issues an official order confirmation by email.
Leonis Maretti reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of stock unavailability, pricing or description errors, payment authorisation issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order and delivery details are correct. Once an order has been dispatched, no changes can be made.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency available for your region and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Prices and availability may change at any time without prior notice.
Leonis Maretti is not responsible for exchange-rate differences or currency-conversion fees applied by banks or payment providers.
Full payment is required before any order is dispatched.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and vary by destination and courier.
Delivery timeframes are indicative only and do not constitute a contractual commitment.
Leonis Maretti cannot be held liable for delays caused by customs clearance, courier issues, strikes, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or missing information provided by the customer, all additional shipping or return costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
Leonis Maretti is not liable for any duties, import taxes, or fees applied by customs authorities.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed exclusively by the Leonis Maretti Returns & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is available on our website.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the conditions set forth in that policy.
7. Warranty & Product Conformity
All products meet applicable EU consumer protection and product-safety standards.
The legal warranty covers manufacturing defects for two years from the date of delivery.
This warranty applies only to products used under normal conditions and does not cover damage caused by wear, misuse, improper handling, or incorrect cleaning.
8. Product Information
Leonis Maretti strives to ensure that all product descriptions, imagery, and specifications are accurate.
Slight variations in colour, texture, or measurements may occur due to manufacturing processes or display differences and do not constitute a defect or grounds for return.
9. Intellectual Property
All original content on www.leonismaretti.com —including text, graphics, photographs, logos, and designs—is the property of PVL Media / Leonis Maretti and protected by copyright and intellectual-property law.
Any unauthorised reproduction, modification, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under Belgian law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leonis Maretti and PVL Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order shall in no case exceed the purchase price paid for that product.
Leonis Maretti is not responsible for damage or loss resulting from incorrect use, inadequate care, or third-party handling of products after delivery, nor for losses caused by customs procedures, shipping delays, or incorrect customer information.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

By using our website, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided is accurate.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Belgian law.
In the event of any dispute, we encourage amicable resolution through our customer service.
If unresolved, disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Belgium, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights under the law of the customer’s country of residence.
